DESIGN REVIEW AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF LOCAL AREA DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (LADP) IN NGARA DISTRICT COUNCIL

We were engaged by Ngara District Council in the design and construction supervision of the projects Which were financed by world bank under NELSAP.
It involved several projects in different locations in Ngara District including:

  Ngara District Council Headquarters: this project includes the design of guard posts on both entry and exit gates, boundary wall design.
  Rusumo strategic Market at Kahaza: this project includes the design of garbage collection point, guard posts on both entry and exit gates, boundary wall design.
  Benaco parking bay: this parking is meant for trucks so the project involves the design of roads and parking areas within the compound and supporting facilities like shops, mama ntile areas, guard posts, washrooms and garbage collection point and boundary wall design.
  Ngara high school dormitory, administration block, dining and kitchen spaces:

PROPOSED FOUR STOREY RESIDENTIAL COMMERCIAL BUILDING LOCATED ON PLOT NO ''74'' BLOCK ''Q'' AT UHURU STREET - MWANZA CITY

We have been engaged by the Mnasizu Family to design and supervise the construction of a commercial building which involves shops, office rental spaces and apartment spaces. The building consists of 14 shop areas, the apartment includes 1 unit of three bedrooms and 1 unit of 2 two bedrooms and also 4 office rental spaces. The building also has a roof top which can be used as a resting space. The apartments are accessed by both the stairs and lift.

DESIGN OF St. DAMIAN SPIRITUAL PASTORAL AND COUNSELLING CENTRE TO BE BUILT IN GEITA URBAN AREA.

We had the opportunity to provide our service with high design ideals, but with a conscious awareness of economic realities and time scale to ensure the project is completed to the total satisfaction of the client.

The building consists of counselling rooms, Office spaces, Conference room, Gymnastic area, Library space, Restaurant area attached to the kitchen, Store room, Laundry space, changing room for both male and female staff, Public toilets, self-contained rooms, suit bedrooms with balcony spaces, linen rooms on the first floor, Resting terrace on the first floor, Restaurant area attached to the kitchen.

DESIGN OF CLASSROOM BUILDING TO BE BUILT AT KIMBIJI KIJAKA KIGAMBONI, TEMEKE MUNICIPALITY DAR ES SALAAM.

We are grateful for the opportunity to work with an educational instate to design a 1 storey classroom building for the Apple Valley College under BLUWAT TANZANIA LIMITED. With the help of other sub consultants, we where able to design the building in all aspects including structural designs, service designs covering plumbing and electrical designs, all the work was done and delivered to the best of our abilities.
